In July 2017, she released another very popular video ASMR 20 Triggers To Help to Sleep (38 million views as of the month of August, 2022). In August of 2017, Shane Dawson featured her in an interview. The channel also reached one million users shortly afterwards. Wired UK reported that in February 2019 she earned 1,000 dollars per day by advertising on her YouTube channel.

Dennis Helfer, a Canadian farmer, as well as Elaine Helfer, a Canadian woman are her parents. She has German, English and Swedish descent. She was a student at William E. Hay Composite High School in Stettler, Alberta. The three sisters Tammy, Tara, and Trena also worked with her at the farm where she worked on her grain. At the age of 17, Helfer's modeling agency agent spotted her while in line waiting at a theater.
